Wonderful Weekend!

This past weekend (Easter weekend) my family and I took a trip to the beach! It was wonderful! And pretty eventful....

We got some quality beach time, and ate at some great seafood restaurants. My brother only threw me in the ocean once, and only forced me to play football a few times. Not surprising. He doesn't have a little brother, so sometimes he likes to mold me into one.

Here was the lazy river at our complex! It was heated, which was definitely necessary! Unfortunately a 70-year-old man that insisted on wearing a speedo (or a "squeezer" as my uncle calls it) also enjoyed the lazy river quite a bit.

   

 Cat and I had a great time! We shared a room as always and she did my make-up every night while I would do her hair. We complete each other, right?

Oh, and you know how I said earlier the weekend was eventful? Look closely at Cat's left hand. Specifically the ring finger.... that's right people! She's engaged! To the man of her dreams, and I couldn't be happier! A year of fun is in store for our whole family. Since I want to be an event planner, this is the start of countless hours of internet searching and, simultaneously, the start of a very poor GPA....
